Flores Suarez, 83 of Huntley, died peacefully, February 6, 2018
Visitation will be on Sunday from 1-4pm at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A funeral service will be held 10:00am on Monday, at First Congregational Church- Huntley. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to First Congregational Church-Huntley
Flores was born July 19, 1934 in Puerto Rico the son of Ramon and Illuminada Suarez. He worked as a mail clerk but also was an interpreter and translator for Spanish speaking people whom were working through the court system. He married Helen D. Smith on November 13, 1993.
He is survived by his wife, Helen, his daughters, Silvia (Jorge) Cifuentes, Marianne Borges, step-son, William Morton, step-daughter-in-law, Dorothea Morton, son-in-law, Ivan Borges, and by his grandchildren, Amanda, David, William, Megan, William, Anthony and Hung, and by 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Mildred and by his brothers.
