Dear Lisa, Sean, Nicole and Ryan, I worked with Dave at Monotype back in the 90s. I am devastated to read about his passing. He was one of the few people I still had contact with from our Monotype days. He still called me periodically to check on me as I struggled with some health issues. I just spoke with him a few weeks ago. He always made me laugh, and I was always so touched that he kept in contact with me. My deepest heartfelt condolences to all of you. A great friend at Monotype, one of the very first to greet me when I arrived from the UK in ‘85. We moved apart in recent years but he will still be sorely missed - condolences ...

Dave was a long time friend of mine, since the 5th grade. He was my best man at my wedding, and I was his. I'll never forget all the fun times we had during high school cranking tunes in his Dad's Ford Granada, working with him at Monotype during my summers off from college, and all the summer weekends our entire friend group spent at his and Lisa's Walden apartment pool. Lisa, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and the kids.
