Bennie Rae Bartlett, 82 of Huntley, died peacefully, June 7, 2017 with her family by her side.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 12, 2017 from 10am- until Noon, followed by a service at Noon all at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home -10763 Dundee Road, Huntley, Illinois.
Bennie was born July 13, 1934 the daughter of Raymond and Ethy Horne. On August 8, 1958, she married Fred Bartlett. She enjoyed reading, bowling, crocheting, and her greatest love was her husband and family. Bennie was a devoted wife, mother and gramma and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Fred, her six children, Rhonda (Mike) Frain, Vicki (George) Sutter, Kim (Ed) Tepper, Kathy (Mark) Proffitt, Kelly Bartlett and Mike(Carolina) Bartlett. She was the proud gramma of 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Bennie is also survived by her brother, Donald (Monda) Horne and sister, Sandy Bartlett and by many nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and by her grandchildren, Nicole, Mikey and Sydney.

Kim, Ed and family. I am so sorry for your loss. I always used to look forward to seeing her when she came to visit in Florida. She was always fun to be around and would have Dick and I over to your house in Florida for dinner. She was warm and always interested in how you were doing. She will be missed by everyone who crossed her path. Rest in Piece Bennie.
