Obituary

Jeannette B. Johnson, 87 of Algonquin, formerly of Washington died peacefully, July 29, 2017
Jeannette was born November 12, 1929 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She worked as a Bookkeeper until her retirement. She moved to Algonquin 17 years ago to live with her daughter. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, sports and especially baseball and she had a great love for peacocks. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Terry Johnson, Walter “Kip” Johnson, Darlene Rogers, Jaclynn Johnson, Kelly Johnson, Jody Johnson and Craig (Elizabeth) Johnson. She was grandmother, great grandmother and great grandmother to over 50 grandchildren. She is survived by her brother, Stoy Yeager. She is preceded in death by her husband, her son, Scott Johnson, Sr., and by her sister, Colleen Bremgartner.
Services for Jeannette will be held at a later date.
