Rosemary R. Schwieger (Giannini) 72, of Algonquin, entered eternal life Friday, December 15, 2017
She was born March 18, 1945, in Chicago, to Clement and Mary (Cavalier) Giannini.
Rosemary is survived by her daughters, Gina M. Schwieger and Lisa (John) M. Schwieger-Gustafson; proud Nana of Zachary John and Jamierose Gustafson; her brothers, Anthony and Richard Giannini; sister-in-law, Shirley Giannini; cousins, Joe and Peggy DeGuide, Roseann and Peter Tiritilli; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Schwieger, her parents, her brother, Dr. Joseph Giannini and by her sweet dog, Daisy.
Visitation will on Friday, December 22, 2017 from 4-8pm at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home ,10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00am on Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. Entombment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine. In lieu of flower, memorials may be made to the family.

My heart is heavy with sadness and my eyes flowing with tears at the loss of your beloved Mother and my Godmother. Over the years I have spent many wonderful days together with Aunt Rosemary. The memories I have of Aunt Rosemary I shall hold in my heart always. My thoughts and prayers are with you (Gina, Lisa, John, Zach and Jamie) and the family through this heartbreaking time. There's nothing I can say that will ease your pain but I just wanted you to know I am thinking of you and how much I love your mom.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I too have suffered the loss of a loved one, and the pain can seem overwhelming. However I found comfort in the Bible's promise for the future. Acts 24:15 speaks of a resurrection, a time when God will reunite us with our loved ones again! I hope this helps bring some comfort in this time of sorrow.
