Pat touched the lives of so many students during her career at William Fremd High School. Yes, her expertise was mathematics, but she cared about each student as a person. She was respected by staff and kind to all. God's blessings to her entire family.

Pat was a wonderful teacher and a valued colleague. I had the pleasure to work with her on several projects over the years. My most vivid memory is of the dedication and energy which she displayed in helping us achieve recognition for William Fremd High School as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. The daily enthusiasm and expertise that she displayed in the classroom made her a beloved teacher to many, many students.

Dear Oakley Family.... Your Mom was an immeasurable treasure. We both feel blessed that she was in our lives. A great friend for so many years. She & your Dad always were so wonderful to us, especially when we were young newlyweds. Joe always felt that that not only was she an esteemed colleague, but she also was a mother figure to the new teachers in the department. We are so sorry that we will be missing the service as we are out of town until the end of next week. Please know that you are in our thoughts & prayers. What wonderful memories of her will help sustain the sadness you are feeling. Blessings to you all.

I met Pat at Fair Oaks rehab in December and we spent many meals talking about our families. She was truly a gracious and lovely woman. My sympathies to her family.

We were very lucky to claim Pat as a friend and colleague. Extremely capable, involved, caring, and supportive. We will all miss her and the world is a little better for having Pat share her passion and abilities with us.

I have known Pat for the past 40 years and she has always been the kindest, sweetest person and neighbor that I've ever known. She taught my kids at Fremd and they, too, loved her. She will long be remembered for the joy in just knowing her.

Had heard about Pat's illness, but just never got over to say "how sad and thanks for your service to our community and for being a good neighborhood 2 friend". Sorry I missed the memorial (we always have regrets). She was a special lady who faithfully walked her dog around our neighborhood (Fox Run Crt).

We met Patti and Bob on a cruise many years ago. From that moment, we became good friends. Traveling together and get togethers when home. Patti was a true and wonderful friend. We cherish our times together and she will be greatly missed, but will remain in our hearts forever. Our love and prayers to Cheryl, Ray and the rest of the family. She was and will always be a true blessing. The world is a better place because of her.
